CN Tower lights in honour of Akitu-Assyrian New Year 6773

The Assyrian Aid Society of Canada is proud to announce that for the first time ever the CN Tower will light for Akitu-Assyrian New Year 6773!

The CN Tower lighting begins at sunset (approximately 7:45). As it does most evenings, the CN Tower runs a standard light show at the top of every hour for 8 minutes, followed by every half hour. After the standard light show, the tower will light in honour of the scheduled major occasion. Please note that we are sharing the evening with another cause, whose colours will also be in rotation. The night lighting will be visible by webcam on the following website: https://www.cntower.ca/live-views.

For those travelling to visit the sign, the suggested best vantage points are located a short distance away from the CN Tower in nearby parks such as Roundhouse Park or HTO Park.

We encourage you to visit the CN tower, take photos, and tag #AssyrianNewYear6773TO and @assyrianaidcanada
